Yes, Brita is the name brand in some markets for mavea, the 50, 150, and 300 are all the same just with different capacities.

Our water here right now is 8grain GH. On 20% bypass it's at 2G KH and 3 grain GH, 10% drops KH to 1. I don't remember anymore what the BWTs we're doing but I never could get numbers I liked and their guys never seemed to be straightforward with me, it felt like they were always trying to tell me to just trust it was working which is not how I work.
