Would it be better to use RO or RODI water for the various recipes?

I tried all the ones I could find locally, along with my RO mix of Global Customized Water, and the one I favored most was Nestle Pure Life (this was before I tested it). Then I started testing them (just got my Hach Alkalinity kit and Hardness kit) and I'm thrilled to find it is a no-scale accumulation water. Sweet!

Happy Pulls!

In Southern California, Kirkland Purified Water with Minerals added is bottled by Niagara Water. The analysis is:

Apparent Color ACU ND
Specific Conductance, 25 C umho/cm 50
Total Hardness mg/L CaCO3 7
Odor at 60 C TON 2
Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) ◊ mg/L 32
Turbidity NTU ND
PH ◊ Units 6.8
Bicarb.Alkalinity mg/L HCO3 12.5

Is it too soft? It is sold in 1 gallon jug six packs at Costco.

On a recent flight from Iceland, Iceland Air provided us with Icelandic spring water.
Interesting in that it has a naturally occurring alkaline pH level of 8.4 while having a low T.D.S.
Between order and chaos there is espresso.
