Hi all,

Thanks for all the helpful response. I was able to get the volume I desired after several tweaks. I got to pull 1:2 ratio shots with 18+grams of coffee in 20s.

Will be using the manual button to try to achieve a shot within the 25-30s range. Thanks for the advise Bret.

Sounds like you are getting dialed in already, but I'll also suggest that if your shots are running sour (and lacking sweetness) you might try adjusting your temperature. 90C is on the cooler end of the spectrum and, as a reference point, a lot of the cafes I visit are setup around 93C. There's definitely no hard rules, but it's something to explore when you are ready.
