Was reading the now closed thread on whether to add water to a pulled shot, or vice-versa. Great conversation....
I like to pull a triple shot (40 g) in to 40 g of hot water and then add 40-80 g of steamed milk. Been calling this a "triplex"--is there a formal name for this? Watered Cortado?
