Just bought the Rocket Appartamento & Eureka Silenzio grinder.
Very happy so far, but I noticed I need to change the way I steam milk now ...?? Is that because of the plastic tube inside the steam wand ??

It is common to have to slightly change the routine when changing machines. The steam pressure is but one aspect. There's also the number and diameter of holes in the steam tip. If you find the steam to be lacking, many folks remove the Teflon tube in the steam wand. While this enhances the amount of steam, it does introduce the possibility of burning ones self on the wand. You can buy little rubber handles for the steam wand at places such as Chris Coffee.

Right. It has 2 holes, and came with a plastic handle on the wand. But thanks for the suggestions- I will get one for my Bezzera at work ..
