Redbird Temperature La Pavoni

I have read lots of folks quoting 198 "above the screen" for Redbird Espresso
I dont have the ability to measure the temperature above the screen. If I measure the temp of the water coming out of the screen, how well does that equate?

And How well does the temperature of the boiler exterior or the grouphead exterior? It seems relatively consistent according to my brief studies so far...

Interesting my experience shows my favored flavor profile comes in with water temps closer to 193 ...
