Thanks for sharing. what tools do you use to sieve the grinds.

sorry for late response
I use this to sieve, but I changed out the screen for something which has a wider gauge in it.

I take the lid off and grind directly into this dispenser, put the lid on and shake it into a milk jug (as in the 1 you use to froth milk for cappa).
it's very fast and gives a good improvement in extraction %, perfect balance of time v benefit.
