In Part II, Dan and Phillip look closely at how a bottomless portafilter can help diagnose problems and thereby increase consistency.
PS: Sorry about the production issues this time around. The phone rang unexpectedly during the first video and the flash card on one of the cameras filled up. In the second video, I stood out of frame for several minutes. Hopefully these amateur video imperfections won't be too distracting.
