At the risk of opening up a whole discussion on how fast beans go stale once gain . . .

I put about approximately four ounces (113+ grams) in the 3.3 pound (1.5 kg) capacity hopper of my Mahlkönig K30 Vario. In 2.9 seconds, it consistently grinds 14.35 grams for a double shot. that's enough for roughly eight double shots, which will last me anywhere from 2-to-4 days.

Once or twice a month, I'll pull out the scale and "double-check." Very consistent indeed.
