This works even better with the water knob mod! I did this today at 1-bar for 90 seconds @ 212F MonFlat setting5 and it tasted amazing! Awesome find, Peter!

How did you get the temperature up to 212°F? :shock:

Me thinks that's a wee bit hot. 8)

If anyone has any academic papers related to how this would compare to a pourover in taste, it'll be much appreciated.

My understanding is that the Caffe crema is used with an espresso intended roast i.e. medium to dark, whereas here we're using very light roasts, no?
