Funny... I didn't see the King of Fruit, the Durian, on their flavor wheel.

two common flavors, i dont think i see on the wheel is: apricot or plum

It is not their wheel, they made the SCAA flavour wheel and many others interactive, with the explanation of the terms, but I think is a work in progress.

Venice only lacks of specialty coffees :mrgreen:

The above wheel is pretty detailed and they have a wheel for "faults" or unwanted tastes
