Thanks for good tips. The pictures was not the greatest. That was also my plan. I got this machine and grinder just a month ago, upgraded from a sage touch. So alot to learn but its really fun. I have now bought a total of 1,25kg (2,5 pounds?) of this kenyan bean to have the room to try and fail until its as good as I can get it. After burning trough 1,5 pounds I now feel like i am on a right track. I hope I can get a bit more fruitness out of it without compromising on sweetness.
