Far from my best result, but here's a first attempt at recording the vertical roll with my phone suspended from a lego contraption above the espresso machine.

Yeah, I can agree with that. That a larger pitcher is good to slow down the process in the learning stages, but a smaller one will produce better results because less water in the milk. 12oz seems a good size for 1 serving, and about 20oz for 2+.Nunas wrote:True, but for some there is also a disadvantage.
mrjag: Thanks for the video, that was great! The leaf art was perfect at the end. That's what I was trying to do on my first attempt, but I've got a long ways to go before I get to that skill level with this!
