Yeah, but there are 16 ounces in a pound, so that's only two or three jars, and later he says that 2 jars = ⅓ of a pound. That's what I do, but I confess I like the idea of putting, say, 4 ounces (¼ lb.) in air-tight jars. But 2+ ounces in a 6-8 ounce jar doesn't sound right . . .cannonfodder wrote:I just put a half pound of beans in the hopper and not worry about it. That gets me 2-3 days.
