Thanks to all the replies. Shaking the catch cup before dumping into the basket has helped significantly. In these Canadian winters with the humidity so low, the Monolith is dumping nothing but clumps (even with RDT). Although I thought my WDT was good enough, my extractions are looking much better with the shake.
