Does this custom tip help latte art with Bellman steamer?

As captioned. Spotted this on eBay and seems no one discussed on it before. Any experience?

Is it advertised for a Bellman? If so and since no one has responded, please let us know if you try it.

The hole looks pretty large but as with most tips you would simply have to get it and try it to see if it works on your equipment. There are many different thread sizes and rates so unless it says it will fit your machine ... it's a gamble.
