I would say, Yes- I would... every single time. If it happens twice a day, and every one in ten you "educate" becomes a new regular customer, at the end of the year you may well have made 50 new customers.

If dealing with a MacDonald's-like crowd, just put pictures on the wall menu and line the cups up at the register and point to them when they order and say, "Like this?" :wink:
