I've owned a Breville Barista touch for a couple of years and am starting to experiment a bit more with different techniques. I've read the brew pressure on the Barista Touch can be a bit high (I'm planning to get a portafilter pressure gauge to confirm) - is there any OPV mod you can do to the Barista Touch to get it in the more optimal range? I know you can do this to the Barista Express, and they're fairly similar machines. Anyone done it to a Barista Touch?
