Didn't know if you replying to me... I have the same machine as was mentioned in OP... and the relevance was that the extraction was a mess using a BBE.

For my story, I've found that as the beans age (over a week's time), it allowed a finer and finer grind (for example, went from 4Q->4G->3Q->3G) with the extraction also tasting better. I guess I was too anxious to dial in freshly roasted beans.
