In case somebody wonders how hard is the puck when you use the 7g Tidaka funnel and tamper....

I was doing some espressos and cappuccinos today, with Illy Dark Roast. One time after removing the portafilter the basked was empty, almost clean. Few seconds later the puck felt from the shower screen, landing on its side and without breaking on the impact. I had already noticed that the pucks were quite solid but I did not know they were that solid :lol: .
