I did what turned out to be my first roast of the Ichuga Factory 6 days ago. Thought I had roasted it once back in July but that was the Kiambu Mandela I bought at the same time. I took it to what I'd call a City++ roast; about half way between City+ & Full City. 24° bt past the start of 1C with a 2:30 development. Roasted strictly for straight espresso as that's pretty much all I drink at the moment outside of the breakfast Americano.

Tried it today & got a very nice mixture of sweet & tart fruit with a nice lingering aftertaste. I think it will improve with 2 more days (8 total) on the counter, then it goes in the freezer.
