to learn Basic Artisan Settings. Like drum warm up temperatures, temperature suggestions for the initial part of the roast, vent flow. I'm not asking for anyone's profiles, just the basic settings to get a new owner of a roaster often going. Would be a a great. FAQ

Absolutely MillCity as recommended by Capuchin. So much great content especially in their Roaster School series (featuring one of the OG home-barista heads, Boldjava, if I'm not mistaken!).

I would fill in the gaps with Rao's The Coffee Roaster's Companion and Coffee Roasting Best Practices books once you get through the videos. Good luck!
