The ROEST is very attractive.

Now someone (please) post an information thread on the Stronghold S7 - I don't know enough to do so.

And @drgary I volunteer you to test one for Team HB and the upgradeitis-afflicted home roasters out there.

Another video for Stronghold roaster. This one is done for filter brew. Controlling conduction, convection and radiant heat sources sound interesting.
