I compiled this list and did post it at Coffee Geeks, but I thought it would be valuable to be in a couple of places. Please PM me, and I can add more (or add as comments, along with "reviews.")

I am planning to begin home roasting, and searched for potential places to buy green beans.
Here is what I found so far. I am sure there are many more:

A lot of my overabundance of greens is due to the high quality of the beans that I have gotten from larry Lewis over the years.
Larry's new site is Leverhead Coffee, and his greens are always excellent:

Here's some US sources for green coffee. As this list expands, you may want to organize it by country, also I think there's been previous threads covering this subject including this one: Where do you guys buy your greens?

Mill City Roasters carries green coffee, @BoldJava is the Head Greenskeeper there: https://millcityroasters.com/

Klatch Coffee sells green and roasted coffees, including Panama Elida, one of my favorites: http://www.klatchroasting.com/

Bodhi Leaf Coffee sells greens: http://www.bodhileafcoffee.com/

The Coffee Project sells greens: http://coffeeproject.com/

Some of these vendors may offer a H-B discount.

I'll add Theta Ridge to the list. They offer Daterra greens which are one of my favorites.

I have been getting some greens from Bodhi Leaf Coffee lately. Have not had any complaints, greens have all been high quality and one nice thing is they show you how much they have on hand. If you go to the commercial section you can see how many bags are on hand and the status of new inbound coffee.

I've purchased a couple of time from Roast Coffee Company - Medford, NJ with good success.

I am rather lucky in that I have 2 top shelf artisan roasters in my little college town (one was runner up in roast magazines micro roaster of the year)

They personally source all of the beans they roast, taking monthly trips to cup, select, and bring back their monthly supply of green coffee.

It is nice that both of them are willing to sell me the green that they have personally selected. What they charge me is right in the same spectrum as the larger online green coffee suppliers but what I am getting has passed by some of the more discerning palates around

Look around, you may have someone in your home town who is just as dedicated to stellar coffee as I do.

I'd rather be roasting coffee
