You can submit a 100gram sample to them. Details on the website.
I had bought this coffee back in Feb. Here is what it looks like in Artisan.Plus. Note that I mentioned it can handle heat in the notes and that when I gifted a small portion I was able to adjust my inventory.

Sweet! I just ordered some.
Btw, were you tempted to order more than 10 pounds after trying it?

Dang...7 degrees and a little over 2 minutes past FC. So different from my approach (I have so much to learn). What made you go that route?

Didn't intend that low but didn't want more than 15. I just don't have the energy left due to the bit of a crash. Yet coffee is great this way. Haven't yet studied if I will try to adjust this.

I received a batch of this coffee in an exchange with Michael. I enjoyed my roast as espresso and shared most of it. I look forward to participating and enjoying some more of the Rwanda Rulindo Kinini Village AA

I have some learning to do on adding beans from a supplier. But I like that feature of Artisan plus for stores tracking.

Can you please explain why first crack temperature (358*F) seems so low ? Is it just the difference in sensors or the location of the sensors ? Or is that specific to this bean ?

Just my machine. I choose not to do offsets. My roaster with these RTDs has FCs 360-370 range. Not the bean.
