Wondering if all coffee from Rwanda can share similar profiles? The beans I roasted in the airflow thread were from The Captians Coffee, also a Royal offering and my first from that region.

With my 3 light roasts that I have done so far I am getting mild acidity - maybe that is the cantaloupe - and black tea. There is a degree of graininess, that I'm not thrilled with. This is a taste profile I would like to improve on for further roasts.

I'd be curious as to others' impressions of their roasts.
