I ran across this from Sweet Marias. it's an old post, apparently updated in 2009. They call is RIP or Roast in Parchment and as the name suggests they roast the coffee in the parchment. They also grind it all and apparently get some interesting stuff out of it. Since it's so old I assume it never caught on and probably wasn't that remarkable, (perhaps the RIP name was fitting). Has anyone tried it... what were your thoughts?
