Thanks for running this... I meant to follow up, and maybe will in more detail some time. But I was able to get a few passable roasts, though I cannot get the weight loss to go any lower than 14.0%. Guess I am happy with a little forward progress each month. Looking forward to the next one.

It is with great sadness that I finish the last of this bean.
It was a delight and there is no more to be had from Sweet Marias.
I am a novice roaster, so I have to credit the bean itself, and if anyone has greens of this that they don't want or has another source ....just PM me. I would love to have more.

I'm glad you enjoyed it. It was a very nice bean; but it also responded to profiling changes.
