Restoring old Probat sample roaster

Just bought an old 3 barrel Probat sample roaster to go with the Maggiolino and some antique roasters I already own.
Am just waiting for it to be delivered, this will be a hobby project to restore but it looks to be in good condition already.
Anybody on this forum restore one of these before?
