The only info I currently see is the 1/8" probes on coffeeshrub but I wanted to put a 1/16" for MET in the bean chute and a 1/16" for BT in alternate hole for smaller batches. Nunas manual lists the Omega probe models and wanted to know if these are the only options still or if anyone has success with cheaper brands?

Also if there's anyone who were able to install these without machining out the middle of steel screws I would like to know ways.

Will need these as K type connectors to input to Mastech then to computer for Artisan.

Thanks

I've used these and found them to be reliable https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08746YM53/

Fingali in China can make what you need. Shipping is two weeks. Can't recommend 1/16 for anything - too thin and noisy. 3MM is the standard Artisan recommendation.

If you want standard 1/8 probes Phidgets sells 11cm long, 3.2mm probes. Good quality $16.

You could look at EVO in NJ too.

Thanks, I guess I read the coffeeshrub wrong, it is listed 1mm but only screws into standard BT hole not the lower hole. After more help I'll be getting this one in the standard location, and the longer thinner for MET.

Took a while to read through all the posts to understand what I need, but it's coming together.
