Hey I'm new to this page. I have a Quest M6 roaster that I've been using close to a year. Love the roaster, but I have a tough time following roast profiles since it's all manual. Anybody out there have any helpful hints? I produce lots of good coffee, but sometimes I feel like I could improve.

It's not clear if you have temperature probes, PID control of e heater, and monitoring on a laptop. Those are great ways to advance.
