Hi,
Has anyone purchased from Molly Yen recently? If so how was the experience?
I'm asking because I recently paid for heating elements for a Quest M3S. I was told I will be given a notification of when it shipped and tracking info when I made the payment. But it's been 1.5 weeks since and I haven't been notified of the shipping status. I've emailed a few times requesting status but no reply.
I appreciate any suggestions.

My impression is that she isn't all that communicative but has been ultra-reliable. Expect your replacement heaters to show up without fanfares, text messages, or google map progress reports.

I had similar woes when I bought my M6. I believe that Molly has some serious challenges comprehending and writing in English. I second Jim's assertion that she does come through in the end.
