Please tell me how you did a nice oven roast like that, 40 minutes that tasted like caramel. The oven roasting descriptions I see on the internet say about 500 degrees F and about 10 minutes.

I might not want to take my popper outside this winter, I love the caramel taste, and I am even getting some Ethiopian natural process beans any day now!
