Hmmm, that is a like a full roast curriculum. 3 hours session does seem short. The cupping classes I've taken were around 2 hours just to cup and discuss the coffees as a group. So I'm not sure how they cup and then go through all that information surrounding roasting. I'd be most interested in the roast defect cup and discussion.
