Discuss roast levels and profiles for espresso, equipment for roasting coffee.
I've used an iroast and a fresh roast for many years. I can work these machines quite well. I lean over them while roasting monitoring the roast until I hit the cool button. Can't hear the cracks all that well especially with the iroast. Time to up my game. Looking to roast a little more volume. Its just me so half a pound or a little more will work. I can't afford thousands of dollars. Still, enough machines out there that fill this niche. I roast for pour over and espresso. This forum has helped big time. Thanks for all the comments.
