18g using a Flair Pro2 manual lever. Alan clued me in to the 3:1 and really like it much better than 2:1.

EDIT: Also, using a ~15 sec pre-infusion followed by ~45 sec extraction that hits about 7 bar max.

Mike, the sidebar shows 12.9% weight loss if I'm reading that correctly. Is that typical for you? I've been in the 14s with my "lighter" roasts... might need to change that.

Brad, seems to work. Interior bead color looks like exterior color. Just had a cup after waiting on ground beans for an hour. Drinkable as is, should be good after a few days. rest.

I'm not experienced enough to make a roast do what I want. I just let it do it's thing and see what happens. If R0R is declining and there's no flick/crash I'm happy.
