Is it possible to edit parameters such as burner level, air or drum speed from a saved profile?

I toasted first batch of coffee today using heat gun bread machine. Overall I think it went well though perhaps reduced heat too aggressively after first crack. Haven't tasted coffee yet though it smells pretty grassy. Any observations that can help me improve technique?
