Hello,

I am about to roast a Guatemala: Nueve Granada Geisha and I don't want to ruin it. What's a good drop temp? I roast on an air roaster with FC at 395f.

What process? Natural or washed?

It's a Honey process.

I roasted a natural gesha that I am quite pleased with, but Veracruz Mexico may not be similar enough to Guatemala grown honey for this to help. I dropped that one 55 seconds after start 1C. And my Huky roasting 200 gram batch may also be too disimilar to a fluid bed for that to help. I doubt I've roasted more than 10 gesha batches ever, it's an origin I rarely roast and would like to understand better how I would prefer myself to roast it.
