Maybe this is the Yemen we've been hoping for. https://www.roastmasters.com/yemenred.html
I'm taking my chances, ordered 20.

Might be nice but I would probably destroy it.

I don't think RoastMasters has ever let me down. Maybe, many many years ago when Geisha's were first hitting the market, they got one that wasn't much to swoon over. And when you read all that they've wrote about the quality and effort etc that went in to this Yemen lot, it's hard not to believe them. I picked up 5 pounds.

I still have various lots of Haraaz Red Mountains, vac sealed and in slumber in my deep freezer.

Agree with this. I'm consistently impressed by Roastmasters. Picking this one up for sure.

I'm in for 5 lb. Pricey, but you only live once per incarnation.

Roastmasters takes this pretty dark. Tom, how dark do you like to take it?

Yup. I'm in for 5lbs too. Hoping this lives up to its accolades from the past! 8)

This will be my first Haraaz Yemeni so I have to go for the FOMO purchase of 10 lbs. Very curious to compare its texture vs the Sanaa Ibb Highlands from SMs which was very special.

They're generally pretty versatile. They offer so much complexity from the terroir alone.

I usually nose it as first crack is starting and let it run to City. I'm not often a fan of 2C profiles and my Santooker is way too conductive right now, if I tried 2C, I'd have ashy coffee.
