Hello!

I am looking for a propane burner for the Kaldi Fortis. Looking for something that will act as a sturdy base while still allowing airflow. I see the 10.5''x10.5'' Cajun Classic GL51 has been popular among other Kaldi Fortis users, but it is apparently discontinued or out of stock. Do you know any alternatives?

I like this one better than bayou classic, but I did have to change out the nozzle.

Looks great. Why did you have to change the nozzle? I assume that's the brass bit on the end. Do you have a link for that part?

I use a gas pressure gauge, it needs to be downstream from the control valve. I found a 1/8 mpg nozzle -I'm pretty sure that's the thread size with a male thread on the other end I could connect the rest of my line. eBay and I'm sure Amazon has some.
