Did you try the dialog box I highlighted above for you?

I am not sure but since it mentions your devices why not check some boxes and see what happens to start.

These might help. I extracted these from the documentation I started when I was working on this project.
I no longer have this rig, so I can't be much help, but that will show how the probes were installed and the Artisan settings that were used.
