First roast. A bit of luck. Being a washed coffee helps. Wouldn't get that on my machine with a natural. When I saw the ROR at FCs I knew I could just let it coast and it did well. I'll check the roast level tomorrow and report back. I thought about dropping it sooner but didn't want to risk it underdeveloped.

What machine are you roasting on? I never seem to get MET to peak at all on my Huky. Maybe I need to change my strategy.

MCR 500gram 2018 single wall drum. Holds a lot more thermal mass than the Huky. Also my 7th roast of the day so the drum had full heat absorption by then.
