Looks like a cool device!

Do you have a second probe on the top lid?

Is the chaff collected on the top?

Can you hear the 1st crack with the fan?

1. The 1mm thermocouple on the TOP lid is currently used as my BT (that's linked to the Phidget)
2. I have another thermocouple measuring the SSR temp (that's linked to a max6675 on the Arduino) - Currently I don't have a heat sink on the SSR, and it's measuring about 60+ degrees Celsius during roasting.
3. Yup! Chaff is collected on the TOP
4. Yup! 1st crack is audible
