I want to try and build myself a fluid bed roaster, capable of at least 11lb batches. Has anyone made anything similar? Main thing I am trying to figure out is the CFM or Airspeed in order to loft that amount of beans or the BTUs usually associated with a fluid bed, so if can anyone help me out on this that would be awesome.
