First roast 1:35min into first crack

1. Dry fragrance/wet Aroma. Dry. Brown orange peel, salted nut roll. Wet. Honey, caramel sweet, floral, white sugar.
2. Acidity. Cup appropriate, light acidity.
3. Flavor depth: Florals, chocolate, black tea. Mid cup, slight orange added.
4. Body: Medium-light cup.
5. Finish/aftertaste. Slight tannins, new leather at very tail end.

Comments: Well balanced, "inviting cup," "could drink this all day," "a dessert cup."

1. Dry fragrance/wet Aroma. Dry. Candy corn, dark choc, cherry, "high note orange." Wet. Black licorice.
2. Acidity. Fully supported cup.
3. Flavor depth: Molasses surrounded by florals. Juicier than roast 1. Orange edge
4. Body: Creamy, medium cup
5. Finish/aftertaste. Molasses, orange.
