I recently got some very nice shots from a roast of some Yemen greens that I purchased in 2011 from SM. Currently drinking & pulling shots from a roast of the last of my Brazil Pedra Blanca purchased in 2016. As long as they are vacuum sealed & kept frozen the greens seem to hold up well indefinitely.

For those of you that are concerned about the freshest greens possible, I wanted to note that Showroom Coffee has a Freshest Arrivals filter.

This could turn out to be a deal. I've found Colombians to roast easy.https://primegreencoffee.org/product/1010/

2-11 to 2-15 ----- 21% off Greens at Klatch with the code 21PREZ.

So those that wanted to try the Panama Elida Natural ASD Catuai or the regular Panama Elida Natural Catuai might want to jump on that pricing.

Here's one I would buyte in a small bag or distribution, hint hint hint.

Anyone else considering this Crown Jewel from Ecuador, "it's an incredibly clean, sweet cup. I got a lot of lemon lime soda, pink cherry, pear; it hast this lovely, caramelized sugar like panela or piloncillo. It's got light floral notes like lavender and rose water, some stone fruit, and some tropical notes like starfruit and goji berry."?

Yes looked at that one but what about all of that processing? Do you think that they're working with a really average bean?

Been trying to hold out for a 2021 harvest Colombian or Guatemala with a toffee/caramel/fig/raisin type profile...

Bought this one in the past. It's probably my fave Kenyan of all time.

CROWN JEWEL COLOMBIA PALESTINA "AGUAZUL" SOLAR DRIED PINK BOURBON

It's a new lot. I bought a box last fall and it has been gone for a bit. Easy to roast and I enjoyed it very much. The reviews/comments for this lot are quite "interesting". I'll probably buy a box. Thought others may be interested as well. HTH, -Tom

Bradm and I are splitting a box. The crop from last fall was wonderful. The reviews are all raving but diverse. Interesting indeed.
