Really really enjoying this Guatemalan Coban coffee as a SO espresso. Choosing it every morning of late.

If you haven't order from Hacea I suggest you try them. Especially if you roast 1lb at a time as you can just cut the bag and dump it. Also they fully support Artisan Plus.

I just learned that this farmer replaced his coffee with avocado trees. So this is your only chance to try it.
