I'm having a cup of roast #1790 and it's wonderful. Really smooth on the tongue. This is outstanding.

I used Kasuya's new "Hybrid" Hario Switch method with my December Dripper and this coffee and it did seem to enhance the sweetness of the cup. My timings were off, but it was fun.
