I have been using this roaster for around 10 months now. I run the heater at maximum until the first crack, then run it for 1 min & 30 seconds then turn off heater and just rotate the beans for 1 min and 30 secs.

It's been difficult to view the color of the beans because of the red light of the IR. In an online store called Lazada one can buy a replacement heater that is white and not red. Does anyone know the specs of the heater installed in the 250 like watts, etc so I can buy an appropriate white infrared heater replacement
