I'm trying to get artisan set up on a surface pro running windows 10.

I'm using three wire RTDs.

This is what I got: I'm not getting any readings in Artisan.

Wires are backwards. Jumpers go on + side.

Gladly, but it's still not working...

Is this involved?

I followed these instructions:

https://artisan-scope.org/phidgets/2x-rtd-set/

I forgot how exquisitely frustrating it is setting this up.

I feel sorry for you....I bought the Phidget RTDs and setting up was a blast, selecting the right 'machine' and it was done. (I dreaded the manual setup to be honest)

I selected machine > phidget > 2XRTD. Nada.

I tried every possible wiring configuration of the RTDs, Nada.

The phidget control panel is seeing the TMP 1200s.

I just left it alone. Mondays another day.

I set up the entire roastery and San Franciscan SF 75. Ran all the gas lines. Did all the ductwork. Installed the old roaster. I saved hooking up artisan for last, because I knew it was going to suck.

Does it matter that your meter choice says it's for 1 RTD?

Edit: Oh dear, sorry, I guess you say you tried that and it didn't help.

Certainly an option. There are a few more options out there too. But I've become used to Artisan and have made it work for me.

Config>Device>Meter dropdown does not have an option for 2xRTD.

I have the 1XRTD selected from my other roasters saved settings. There doesn't seem to be an obvious other option

Interesting: I just installed 2.6 on my Mac and this is the result...

And the 2nd RTD is populated in the Extra device screen:

This did not happen on my Surface Pro when I did the same thing.
